Course of the mission
Our UX Designer, Alexandre Goislard, worked for the Ministry of Education toaudit, propose and design ergonomic and intuitive interfaces.
To do this, he began by collecting requirements from project managers and end users of the various services to be improved.
Theergonomic audit he carried out takes into account the various ergonomic criteria recommended by Bastien and Scapin:
- guidance
- the workload
- explicit control
- adaptability
- error management
- homogeneity
- compatibility
The ergonomic audit identified a number of possibleimprovements to make the existing services more efficient and their use more readable, simple and fast.
Wireframes (black and white wireframes) were produced to illustrate the ergonomic recommendations.
