Accompanying mission within the World

Our founder, Arnaud Dumont likes challenges and staying close to our clients' needs. Thus, he regularly carries out missions of consulting, auditing, AMOA in Paris and Lyon.

For the daily newspaper Le Mondehe carried out a for the redesign of the Intranet. The objective was to create a common Intranet for the 4 entities of the Group (Le Monde, Le Nouvel Observateur, La Vie, Le Monde Interactif).

Arnaud carried out an audit of the existing system, collected the needs of the various key contacts, defined the functionalities, collected and analysed the technical constraints, etc. in order to propose a solution that met the various challenges of the project.

The service was completed with a expression of functional and technical needsthe creation of graphic models by our ergonomist graphic designer, the identification of a service provider and the costing. Le Monde had all the information it needed to identify the service provider corresponding to its needs.
